Hamilton Faatz and Waller, PC’s tax litigation practice encompasses federal, state, and local tax law. Our experienced counselors and litigators have the thorough understanding of IRS procedure and in depth knowledge of substantive tax laws that is necessary to advocate a client’s position before the IRS or, if necessary, the United States Tax Court.

Both Mr. Waller and Mr. Marlow have been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court since 1983 and 1979 respectively. Mr. Marlow also earned a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from The University of Denver College of Law in 1983.
