Biography: During his career Mr. Waller has tried many high profile cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. He has also successfully argued appeals in both state and federal courts. Several of his cases have been profiled in national and local publications such as the New York Times, US News and World Report, Time Magazine and the Denver Post, and he has appeared on numerous television news programs, including CNN and 60 Minutes. During the last 15 years he has focused his practice primarily to the areas of Estate and Business Succession Planning. He was raised in Nashville, Tennessee, and he has lived in the Denver area since 1976. He and his wife, Karen, have been active in a number of community charities and organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Colorado, the Anchor School for Blind Children and Rylan’s Gift, which is a donor advised fund founded by them to support the caregivers of individuals with severe brain injuries. They have two grown children, Trey and Leslie, and one grandchild, Rylan. Mr. Waller currently serves as President of the firm.
