| Biography: | Mr. Metzner joined Hamilton Faatz and Waller, PC in 2009 and focuses his practice on trust and estate law, wealth transfer planning, and business formation and operation. Mr. Metzner’s practice includes the preparation of wills, living trusts, irrevocable insurance and gift trusts, and a variety of other tax advantageous business entities. In addition, Mr. Metzner represents fiduciaries, heirs, and beneficiaries in the resolution of probate and trust-related disputes. Mr. Metzner also represents clients in a broad range of business transactions and entity formations.
Prior to joining Hamilton Faatz and Waller, PC, Mr. Metzner was a dual degree student (JD and MBA) at the University of Denver where he was the President of the Business Law Society, a teaching assistant for the Director of the Advance Legal Writing Department, and a graduate assistant for the Voices of Experience Speaker Series. Mr. Metzner is an active member of the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association and currently serves on the Statutory Revisions Committee and the Orange Book Committee. In his spare time, Mr. Metzner enjoys cycling and participates in numerous endurance rides including the Triple Bypass and the Deer Creek Challenge. |
