Biography: Mr. Boyle joined Hamilton Faatz and Waller, PC in 2008 and focuses his practice on litigation and business formation and operation. Mr. Boyle assists clients with all phases of litigation, including document management and review, discovery and depositions, pleadings, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution. In addition, Mr. Boyle assists clients in entity formation and business transactions.

Prior to joining Hamilton Faatz and Waller, PC, Mr. Boyle was a law student at the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, Colorado, where he was an Articles Editor for the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law and a recipient of the Bernard J. Seeman Scholarship and the Chuck Mau Scholarship.
