Clyde A. Faatz, Jr. was born in Queens Village, Long Island, New York. While at the University of Illinois, Mr. Faatz was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and Phi Kappa Phi Social Fraternity. Mr. Faatz has over 35 years of experience in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, small business representation, estate planning, condemnation and eminent domain. In the real estate field, his practice has included the purchase and sale of developed and undeveloped property; the representation of developers in the development of real estate, including shopping centers; the purchase and sale of farms and ranches; construction; and mechanics' lien litigation. Mr. Faatz currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the firm. |
